How to do it
- Rack the kettlebell: handle at shoulder height, bell resting on your forearm.
- Press straight up to a full lockout with a firm wrist.
- Lower for 2 s back to the shoulder.
Common mistakes
- Arching your lower back to press.
- Letting your wrist bend backwards.
Tips
- Brace your abs so your back does not compensate.
- One arm at a time lets you even out side-to-side differences.
