How to do it
- Put your feet on a chair or box and hands on the floor, hips piked high.
- Bend your elbows until the crown of your head nears the floor.
- Press to full extension keeping the hips high.
Common mistakes
- Dropping the hips and turning it into a push-up.
- Flaring the elbows out too wide.
Tips
- The higher the feet, the closer it gets to a handstand.
- The bridge between the pike push-up and the wall handstand push-up.
