How to do it
- Hold a low or mid cable handle in one hand, opposite foot forward and torso braced.
- Pull, driving the elbow close to your body towards your hip.
- Straighten the arm and let the shoulder travel forward a little to stretch the lat.
Common mistakes
- Twisting your torso to move more weight.
- Cutting the range short without straightening the arm.
