How to do it
- With the bar anchored in a corner or landmine, stand perpendicular to its end with one foot forward.
- Grab the end of the bar with your back hand and row, driving the elbow high and back.
- Lower under control until your arm is straight.
Common mistakes
- Twisting your torso to lift the bar.
- Cutting the range short at the bottom.
Tips
- Rest your free forearm on your front knee for stability.
- A flared elbow puts more work on the upper back and rear delts.
