Elbow to hip with a flat back

How to do it

  1. Hinge forward with a flat back, the kettlebell hanging from one arm.
  2. Drive your elbow back and up, close to your body, until the bell reaches your hip.
  3. Lower for 2 s under control.

Common mistakes

  • Pulling with your arm instead of your back.
  • Twisting your torso to help.

Tips

  • Think about putting your elbow in your back pocket.
  • Squeeze your shoulder blade at the top of every rep.
