How to do it
- Hinge forward with a flat back, the kettlebell hanging from one arm.
- Drive your elbow back and up, close to your body, until the bell reaches your hip.
- Lower for 2 s under control.
Common mistakes
- Pulling with your arm instead of your back.
- Twisting your torso to help.

- Think about putting your elbow in your back pocket.
- Squeeze your shoulder blade at the top of every rep.
