How to do it

  1. Feet on a bench, hands on the floor a bit wider than your shoulders.
  2. Lower under control until your chest nearly touches the floor.
  3. Push up keeping your body in a straight line.

Common mistakes

  • Sagging your hips.
  • Dropping your head instead of your chest.

Tips

  • The higher your feet, the more emphasis on upper chest and shoulder.
  • Keep your core tight so you don't arch your back.
