How to do it
- Feet on a bench, hands on the floor a bit wider than your shoulders.
- Lower under control until your chest nearly touches the floor.
- Push up keeping your body in a straight line.
Common mistakes
- Sagging your hips.
- Dropping your head instead of your chest.

- The higher your feet, the more emphasis on upper chest and shoulder.
- Keep your core tight so you don't arch your back.
