How to do it
- Put your feet on the box and hands on the floor, slightly wider than your shoulders.
- Lower your chest to the floor keeping your body straight.
- Press up to full extension without letting the hips drop.
Common mistakes
- Piking the hips to make it easier.
- Only going halfway down.
Tips
- Elevating the feet brings the shoulders and upper chest in much more.
- The higher the box, the closer it gets to an overhead press.
