Lower toward one arm, the other nearly straight

How to do it

  1. Get into a push-up position with your hands wider than usual.
  2. Lower towards ONE side, bending that arm and keeping the other straight.
  3. Press up and alternate sides.

Common mistakes

  • Bending the arm that should stay straight.
  • Rotating your hips.

Tips

  • The step before a one-arm push-up.
  • If you cannot reach, drop to your knees.
