  • Intermediate
  • Dumbbells
  • Unilateral

Wide feet, hips still as you row

Muscles worked

Primary:
Back
Secondary:
Biceps, Core

How to do it

  1. Get into a plank with a dumbbell in each hand and your feet slightly apart.
  2. Row one dumbbell to your hip without rotating your hips.
  3. Lower it and alternate. Each arm counts as one rep.

Common mistakes

  • Rotating your hips as you row.
  • Feet too close together, which costs stability.

Tips

  • Trains back and core at once — good when time is short.
  • The wider your feet, the easier it is.
