How to do it
- Get into a plank with a dumbbell in each hand and your feet slightly apart.
- Row one dumbbell to your hip without rotating your hips.
- Lower it and alternate. Each arm counts as one rep.
Common mistakes
- Rotating your hips as you row.
- Feet too close together, which costs stability.
Tips
- Trains back and core at once — good when time is short.
- The wider your feet, the easier it is.
