How to do it

  1. Hold the kettlebell against your chest or hanging at one side.
  2. Take a long step forward and lower until your back knee almost touches the floor.
  3. Push through your front leg to come back. Alternate legs.

Common mistakes

  • Taking too short a step, which loads the knee.
  • Leaning your torso forward.

Tips

  • Look ahead and keep your chest tall.
  • If balance is hard, do them in place before stepping forward.
