How to do it
- Hold the kettlebell against your chest or hanging at one side.
- Take a long step forward and lower until your back knee almost touches the floor.
- Push through your front leg to come back. Alternate legs.
Common mistakes
- Taking too short a step, which loads the knee.
- Leaning your torso forward.
Tips
- Look ahead and keep your chest tall.
- If balance is hard, do them in place before stepping forward.
