How to do it

  1. Step on the machine and hold the rails lightly, only for balance.
  2. Climb with your whole foot on each step and your torso upright.
  3. Keep a steady pace for the set time.

Common mistakes

  • Leaning your bodyweight on your arms.
  • Stepping only on your toes.

Tips

  • Plenty of glute work with little impact.
  • Slow down rather than hanging on.
