How to do it
- Lie on your back with knees bent and the kettlebell next to your chest.
- Press towards the ceiling to a full lockout.
- Lower for 2 s until your triceps touches the floor.
Common mistakes
- Bouncing your elbow off the floor.
- Letting your lower back lift away from the floor.
Tips
- The floor limits the range and protects the shoulder — ideal at home.
- Squeeze your chest at the top for a second.
