Elbow to ankle, then open the arm to the ceiling

How to do it
- Take a long lunge and place both hands on the floor inside your front foot.
- Bring the front-side elbow towards the ankle, then rotate your torso opening that arm to the ceiling.
- Place the hand back down, straighten the front leg shifting your hips back, and switch sides.
Common mistakes
- Letting the back knee drop without control.
- Rushing: each position is a stretch.
Tips
- One exercise that mobilises hips, hamstrings and upper back: perfect for warming up.
- 3-5 reps per side is enough.
