How to do it
- Lie on your back with knees bent and cross one ankle over the opposite knee.
- Hold the thigh of the supporting leg and pull it towards your chest.
- Hold, feeling the stretch in the crossed leg's glute, then switch sides.
Common mistakes
- Lifting your head and tensing your neck.
- Forcing the knee outward.

- A great finish after squats, lunges or hip thrusts.
- It works seated on a chair too.
