How to do it
- Rest your forearm on a door frame or wall with the elbow at shoulder height.
- Take a small step forward and rotate your torso away.
- Hold the stretch while breathing, then switch sides.
Common mistakes
- Raising the elbow above the shoulder if it bothers you.
- Stretching into pain rather than tension.

- A good finish for pushing days.
