How to do it
- Seated on an incline bench (~60°), arms hanging back.
- Raise the dumbbells by bending only your elbows.
- Lower until the biceps fully stretch.
Common mistakes
- Bringing your elbows forward on the way up.
- Cutting the range at the bottom.
Tips
- The incline stretches the biceps more at the start of the move.
- Keep your back against the bench.
