How to do it
- Hold one end of the rope in each hand, standing with knees slightly bent.
- Move your arms up and down alternately to create continuous waves.
- Keep the rhythm for the set time without straightening your legs.
Common mistakes
- Moving only the wrists and making tiny waves.
- Arching your back.
Tips
- Short intervals: 20-30 s of work to 30-40 s of rest.
- Try double-arm slams for more intensity.
