How to do it
- Lie on your side with both legs straight, one on top of the other.
- Raise the top leg to about 45° without rotating your hip.
- Lower for 2 s. Finish your reps and switch sides.
Common mistakes
- Rolling your hip back to lift higher.
- Using momentum.
Tips
- Rest your head on your arm so your neck does not work.
- High reps: it is a small, enduring muscle.
