How to do it
- Set the feet wide with the toes pointing out.
- Lower the hips keeping the knees tracking over the feet.
- Rise squeezing the glutes.
Common mistakes
- Letting the knees cave inward.
- Toes under-rotated for the chosen stance width.
Tips
- Works the adductors and glutes more than a normal squat.
- Push the floor apart with the feet.
