How to do it
- Lie on your back with one knee bent and the other leg straight in the air.
- Drive through the planted heel and lift your hips, keeping them level.
- Lower for 2 s. Finish your reps and switch legs.
Common mistakes
- Letting the free-side hip drop.
- Helping with your lower back.
Tips
- If your hips tilt, go back to the two-foot version.
- Keep your abs braced so you do not rotate.
