How to do it

  1. Set up in a forearm plank with the vest cinched tight.
  2. Squeeze glutes and abs to hold a straight line from shoulders to heels.
  3. Hold the prescribed time breathing normally.

Common mistakes

  • Piking the hips to unload the abs.
  • Letting the vest sit on the lower back instead of the upper back.

Tips

  • With load, 30 clean seconds beat 2 unloaded minutes.
  • If the hips sag, drop weight before dropping time.
