How to do it
- Hold the kettlebell against your chest with both hands, elbows tucked in.
- Lower for 2 s until your thighs are parallel to the floor, chest tall.
- Drive through your heels to stand back up without fully locking your knees.

- Letting your torso tip forward.
- Letting the bell drift away from your chest, which loads the shoulders.
