How to do it
- Stand on the middle of the band, feet shoulder-width, and loop the ends over your shoulders.
- Lower for 2 s until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Drive through your heels to stand back up.
Common mistakes
- Letting your knees cave inwards.
- Leaning your torso too far forward.
Tips
- The band is tightest at the top — squeeze your glutes there.
- If the band is too short, widen your stance or use a longer one.
