How to do it
- Attach a parallel-grip handle and lock your thighs under the pads.
- Pull to your upper chest, chest up and elbows driving down.
- Return under control until your arms are fully straight.
Common mistakes
- Leaning far back and turning it into a row.
- Letting the weight fly up without controlling the eccentric.
Tips
- A neutral grip is usually the kindest on shoulders and elbows.
- Pull your shoulders down before bending your elbows.
