How to do it
- Load the sled and hold the poles with arms straight and torso leaning forward.
- Drive forward with short, powerful steps on the balls of your feet.
- Cover the set distance or time keeping the lean.
Common mistakes
- Standing up and breaking the body line.
- Long strides that stall the sled.
Tips
- Lots of leg work with no eccentric phase: it barely causes soreness.
- Useful conditioning on lighter leg days.
