How to do it
- Hold a door frame, post or band with feet slightly wider than your hips.
- Sink into the deepest squat you can with heels down and chest up.
- Hold, gently pushing your knees out with your elbows.
Common mistakes
- Lifting your heels.
- Letting your back round completely.

- The support lets you relax at the bottom and gain mobility.
- Shift gently from side to side.
