How to do it

  1. Get on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Round your back, lifting your navel and tucking your chin.
  3. Reverse by dropping your lower back and looking ahead, slowly and with your breath.

Common mistakes

  • Rushing without feeling each part of the spine.
  • Bending the elbows to gain range.

Tips

  • Ideal to start a warm-up or for a stiff back.
