How to do it
- Get on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
- Round your back, lifting your navel and tucking your chin.
- Reverse by dropping your lower back and looking ahead, slowly and with your breath.

- Bending the elbows to gain range.

- Exhale as you round, inhale as you arch.
